The Dad Vail Regatta is the largest regular intergollegiate rowing event in the United States. The Regatta has been held annually on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia, PA since 1953. The Dad Vail Regatta Organizing Committee (DVROC) is a volunteer committee that stages the annual event. DVROC is organized as a non-profit corporation in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is federally exempt from income tax pursuant to IRC Section 501(c)(3).
