Socio-economic upliftment of the oppressed in particular tribals, women & children and environemental Conservation and development is the vision of our organisation. To attain the goal of TEAM, organising women and farmer groups, motivating and educating them on the concept of SHG, provide training on ecological agriculture and income genertion activities during off-farm time & lean season. It is achieving with the support of State and Union Ministries and local contributions. Our Present activities: Eco-development activities like promoting Sustainable agriculture, tree planting,Solid Waste Management; Creating Awareness on Environment, sustainable health care through native medicare system; STD,HIV/AIDS. Animal welfare; Publish educational/resource materials on environment and sustainable health care on non-profitable basis. Health Information Resource Bureau (HERB) Now, TEAM expanding its activities in 2 Union in Salem district of Tamil Nadu. Which is as follows: 1)Ayothiapattinam block and 2) Vazhapadi block.
