Operation STITCHES outreaches to Melbourne inner-city Ministry of Housing estates with its mission of teaching the young to say “NO” to drugs, violence and crime and make positive life choices. Its target is school aged children and junior youth who grow up with a low socio-economic family status and are disadvantaged by their environment on these inner-city housing estates.
