Govuni Network Corporation’s mission is to build a fair, future-ready workforce by empowering Millennials and Gen Z with equitable access to education, living-wage employment, and lifelong training opportunities.

We bridge the gap between education and industry through registered apprenticeships, community partnerships, and innovation in public policy — ensuring that every young worker has the chance to learn, earn, and thrive.

Govuni Network Corporation is a progressive, Texas-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the next generation of workers through education, equity, and opportunity. We design and sponsor **workforce training and Registered Apprenticeship programs** that prepare **Millennials and Gen Z** for high-demand careers in technology, energy, healthcare, construction, public service, and sustainable industries.

We believe that **every young adult deserves a fair start** — access to education, paid training, and pathways to living-wage employment without lifelong debt. Through partnerships with **community colleges like San Jacinto College and Houston Community College**, and agencies like the **Texas Workforce Commission**, we connect students to **tuition-free, paid apprenticeships** supported by **Pell Grants, Work-Study, and Workforce Solutions wage programs**.

Our programs combine **college education, on-the-job experience, and wraparound support** such as transportation, housing stipends, and childcare assistance. Apprentices earn while they learn, gaining both an associate’s degree and professional certification while contributing to projects that strengthen local communities — from affordable housing development to clean energy and infrastructure initiatives.
