Volunteers donate their time and vehicle to drive seniors to their medical appointments. The average volunteer driver will drive three times a week for a total of 27 miles per trip. Transportation to medical appointment is critical for seniors. 3.6 million Americans miss or delay non-emergency medical care because of lack of transportation.

Drivers drive when and where they want. Drivers are reimbursed for mileages at $0.43 per mile and supplemental insurance is also provided.

Drivers are needed in Amesbury, Boxford, Georgetown, Groveland, Haverhill, Lawrence, Merrimac, Methuen, Newbury, Newburyport, North Andover, Rowley, Salisbury and West Newbury.
