The Change Foundation is an award-winning charity that uses sport to change the lives of marginalised young people.

Throughout the past 42-years we have successfully delivered award winning sports intervention programmes to vulnerable young people living in the UK and abroad.

The Change Foundation exists to create spaces where young people feel seen, safe, and free to grow. We don’t offer rescue — we offer roots. Through sport, we provide a home, a future, and a mirror that reflects self-worth.
