ATA provides guidance to residential renters throughout Arizona, including a free telephone hotline, free literature and copies of the landlord-tenant act, reference to applicable statutes & community resources, a comprehensive website, and an informative website incorporating tenant rankings of rental properties and management companies. We also coordinate a specialty program to help tenants lawfully terminate their rental contracts through preparation of legal documentation.
