The HUB was created in 2013 to support families and bring together concerned community residents, leaders, and community agencies to address the problems that threaten the safety and stability of families and the community. We do this by partnering with schools, local service providers, businesses, and faith-based institutions to offer educational programs and access to resources that can meet a family’s individual needs.
