East Harlem Urban Center

The East Harlem Urban Center's mission is to preserve and strengthen the community of East Harlem-El Barrio by offering educational programs including a certified Pre-School Program, After School Program, Summer Program, Young Adult Program and Adult Education Program. In addition, the Learning Center offers computer training, college preperation and family counseling. We believe that our community members can learn and succeed given the proper resources.
