COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE SERVICES

Community Healthcare Services is a local 501c3 non-profit, that was founded by healthcare professionals to provide services for seniors in our community at no cost to them.

Over the last years we have listened to seniors and learned a great deal about what seniors want and need and have designed our services for the sole purpose of addressing these wants and needs for the benefit of the seniors in our community.

We have been able to show a significant reduction in out of pocket expenses for care, improved health outcomes and a higher quality of life for seniors in our community.

We care for the whole person, see the complexity of each person’s life and believe that addressing a broad range of human needs is the best way to improve a person’s health.
