Missão
CareWell Services SW serves older adults, persons with disabilities, and their caregivers. Its mission is to promote health, independence, and choice. All services are person-centered, assisting individuals to achieve greater control and influence.
The Michigan Medicare/Medicaid Assistance Program's (MMAP) mission is to educate, counsel and empower Michigan’s older adults and individuals with disabilities, and those who serve them, so that they can make informed health benefit decisions.
Sobre Nós
MMAP, Inc. works through the Area Agencies on Aging to provide high quality and accessible health benefit information and counseling, supported by a statewide network of unpaid and paid skilled professionals. MMAP empowers individuals by conducting community education about their options, and by assisting with applications and enrollments.
