Survivors of Abuse in Recovery, Inc. (SOAR) is the only organization in Delaware dedicated to providing professional mental health services for victims of sexual trauma regardless of ability to pay. SOAR also provides advocacy, education and professional development. In 2102 SOAR served over 2,000 individuals out of offices in Wilmington, Newark, Dover and Lewes.
