GADC has constructed more than 630 units of senior housing, more that 150 units of affordable housing, several commercial strip developments, private affordable homes, veteran rental housing, and housing for previously homeless citizens. Services provided include, but not limited to, homeowner education; multi-service center that houses a medical clinic; a pre-kindergarten program; counseling for teen mothers; recovery program for substance abusers, and other services; senior citizen feeding program and transportation services; abstinence and goal setting programs for teenagers; as well as a foster parent development program.
