Our mission is to educate and encourage young black girls with natural hair 6 to 16 years old to own their own businesses while fostering their self-esteem and self-acceptance through programs, mentorship, resources, and business fairs.

Our vision at Enriching Young Minds is to grow a movement of empowered young Black girls who confidently own their identity and succeed in business as professional entrepreneurs, regardless of societal norms and perceptions of their natural hair. We strive to bridge the gap and close the disparities in entrepreneurial opportunities afforded to them, thus allowing them to fulfill their dreams and reach their highest potential.
