Front Porch Investments

Front Porch Investments was created as an investment consortium seeking and supporting solutions to house our community. The organization is focused on four initiatives: affordable housing development; housing justice and racial equity; advocacy, policy, and organizing; and ending homelessness.

 Front Porch Investments’ primary goal is to increase investments, innovation, and strategic partnerships in support of affordable housing across the Greater Omaha metro area. Front Porch Investments aims to leverage public-private partnerships and to collaborate across three groups of stakeholders – provider organizations, funding partners, and the broader community – to strengthen and grow the urban housing ecosystem.

Front Porch Investments is a supporting organization of the Omaha Community Foundation, which works with donors and nonprofits to grow a stronger region.
