Family & Children’s Agency Family & Children’s Agency is a leading nonprofit, 501(c)(3) human service organization that is committed to increasing the social and emotional well-being of its clients. It provides strength-based, solution focused services that respond to the individual needs of children & families, youth, adults, and seniors. Last year thousands of individuals of all ages and all walks of life experienced life-altering, positive changes as a result of their work with Family & Children’s Agency.

For 80 years, Family & Children’s Agency (FCA) has been helping individuals and families throughout Fairfield County and beyond to realize life's possibilities. We increase the social and emotional well-being of our clients by providing strength-based, solution-focused services for every stage of life.

Our work:

• Supports children through ASPIRE, Foster Care and IICAPS.
• Builds families through Adoption, Parent Education and Guidance.
• Stabilizes adults with counseling, substance abuse treatment, and supportive housing services.
• Cares for seniors by providing caregiver support, caregivers and live-in assistance so they can stay in their homes.
