From its Washington, DC, offices, MobilizeGreen recruits, trains, and places diverse students in paid sustainability internships with local governments, federal agencies, and corporations. By leveraging public-private resources, MobilizeGreen removes barriers, creates opportunities, and connects students to career pathways.

Successfully promoting vibrant and sustainable development for all communities, including under-served communities, depends on preparing future leaders who are grounded in the values of those communities. Without leaders who can take an active, central role in implementing and shaping projects related to such development, a systemic barrier will remain to achieving economic opportunity for those most in need.
