1.To actively and directly participate in the process of rural democratization and development(RDD)in partnership with marginalized rural sectors and peoples,in their communities and organizations 2.To actively work for the broadest possible unity, support and participation of various sectors(rural,urban and international) in RDD 3.To implement programs and services that will enable MRSP,the rural communities and organizations'attain self-reliance and greater participation in the RDD processes
