Light Footsteps is dedicated to empowering hospitalized youth with chronic diseases by giving them a platform to pursue their passions. Many charities provide funds and performances for the hospitalized youth, but Light Footsteps focuses on empowering hospitalized youth so that they will have the self confidence to succeed later in life through the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of pursuing their passions.
The initaitive started with only a dance program, but now has expanded to athletics and music, and will expand further to encompass the myriad of passions that hospitalized youth have.The initiative was started in 2013 and is focused in Thailand, but is aiming to expand to more hospitals in 2015.
