Rescuing Leftover Cuisine Jersey City

Rescuing Leftover Cuisine (RLC) fights food insecurity and waste which also helps to preserve the environment. By partnering with food retailers who want to donate their surplus food, Rescuing Leftover Cuisine (RLC) bridges the gap between excess food and food insecurity. Our volunteers pick up the food donations and deliver directly to shelters and other human services agencies in need.
