Heal & Revive is a global mental health platform founded in 2021, dedicated to offering free support worldwide. Founded by Shikha K, our mission is to break the stigma surrounding mental health and promote well-being. We provide free and confidential online therapy, listener support, support groups, and training programs. Our goal is to empower individuals, foster community, and prioritize self-care. We've reached millions globally, hosted workshops, and received positive feedback. Join us as a volunteer to make a difference.
