Sobre Nós
Horizontes de Salud is the only non-profit organization in the Dominican Republic certified by the Ministry of Public Health specialized in addressing chronic communicable and non-communicable diseases from the community health model. For over a decade, we have energized our efforts to bridge the gap between access to public health as an accessible and affordable right, and communities in precarious and / or social, economic and political vulnerability in the country.
