A.H. of Monroe County, Inc.

A.H. of Monroe County, Inc is a non-profit community-based organization that provides case-managed health care, affordable housing and housing assistance, food, counseling, referral and support services for residents of the Florida Keys living with HIV.

The agency also conducts health education and HIV risk reduction outreach programs aimed at reducing the impact of HIV transmission throughout Monroe County, Florida.
