Mt. Airy Community Fridge & Pantry (MACFP) aims to reduce food and hygiene insecurity, mitigate food waste, and build community, via a community-powered and unifying food and goods-share, accessible to anyone and everyone, 24/7, free of charge and without the barriers of registration or income verification.

On the surface, MACFP is a food pantry, but at its core it is a beacon of social justice, unification, and sustainability; rooted in love, and honoring the inherent worth and dignity of every member of the community. The beauty of MACFP is that it addresses multiple social issues by design, specifically food and hygiene insecurity and food waste, while working to destigmatize the idea of need and build community.
