The mission of TVSA is support, education and recognition for victim service providers.

Texas Victim Services Association, TVSA, was founded in 1997 by two visionaries in the field who wanted to create a place just for victim service providers (VSP) where they could learn, share, and network.

TVSA promotes the delivery of a full range of consistent, high-quality, professional services to crime victims, their families, and communities.
