PARE Este, Inc. is an all volunteer non-profit animal welfare and humane education organization which provides a low cost sterilization program, assistance in enforcing animal protection laws, and humane education in elementary schools and free literature for all ages focussing on responsible care for animals and laws against cruelty to animals (Law 67).
PARE's goal is to build a full service regional animal shelter in northeastern Puerto Rico consistent with humane society guidelines. Assists in low cost sterilization with SNAP (Spay/Neuter Assistance Program). Networks for adoptions and counsels in cruelty cases (hotline).
