The Vermont Employee Ownership Center (VEOC) is a statewide non-profit organization founded in 2001 to promote and foster employee ownership. Our aims are to retain jobs, deepen employee participation, broaden capital ownership, increase living standards for working families, and stabilize communities. We present educational events and provide technical assistance to owners, employees and companies.
