The RSPB is primarily a conservation charity, it saves birds and wildlife along with special natural areas from British reserves to the rainforest of Sumatra. It protects the environment against major problems such as climate change and climate chaos. Organises events designed to bring people closer to nature and to raise awareness through organised events, volunteering and Field Teaching schemes for children.
