Richmond Animal League has been an innovative and compassionate leader in animal welfare for central Virginia for more than four decades. In that time, RAL has saved countless lives, formed incredible partnerships in the animal control community and continually been true to its mission of providing hope, help and homes to cats and dogs in need. It is a history to be proud of. And it is a history that provides an amazing springboard for a bright, exciting future.
