    Established in 1964, PathPoint (originally known as Work Training Programs, Inc.) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping people with disabilities or disadvantages to reach their fullest potential. PathPoint is a leader in the field of supported employment and housing support services in California, serving over 2300 people each year in the five counties of San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles and Kern. PathPoint supported housing services have received national recognition and our employment services continually achieve the highest of accreditation ratings.

    The mission of PathPoint is to provide comprehensive training and support services that empower people with disabilities or disadvantages to live and work as valued members of our communities.
