The Rowan Group

The Rowan Group is a self-funded group of individuals acting on behalf of volunteers from around the world. We have relationships with several different organizations, and currently have no specific projects that are managed by us. The Rowan Group: - acts as a gateway for volunteers to enable them to choose the type of work and organizations that they can donate their time and skills to - supports various organizations by matching prospective volunteers skill-sets with projects of the greatest need - supports volunteers by providing information (cultural, practical, regional and contacts), maps and travel assistance (non-financial) to selected projects - offers support to volunteers, when able, with any issues they may have regarding: o health/emergencies o projects/organizations o visas o government agencies
