The Georgetown Climate Center (“GCC”) – which is based
at Georgetown University Law Center) seeks to advance effective climate,
energy, and transportation policies in the United States—policies that reduce
greenhouse gas emissions and help communities adapt to climate change. For six
years, the Center has worked at the nexus of state and federal climate and
energy policy to inform federal policies with the lessons of state and local
communities and to serve as a resource to the states and local governments we
serve.
