Since our incorporation by local residents in 1977, CRC’s mission has been to provide quality housing for the area’s low to moderate-income families.  We provide community revitalization supports and services geared toward sustainable home ownership, including first-time homebuyer education, pre-purchase counseling, down payment assistance, and a receivership program that rehabilitates blighted properties and created affordable housing stock. In response to the needs of our home community of Chelsea and the surrounding area, all of our services and support materials are available  in both English and Spanish.
