Roots & Wings Youth Enrichment Program (RWYEP) in a non-profit 501(c)3 that provides educational and outdoor programs for local youth. Currently RWYEP works with Roots & Wing Community School (RWCS)-- a public charter school in Lama, NM serving 50 students in grades K-8 to fulfill their mission of being an Expeditionary Learning school that emphasizes project, experiential, and place- based education with an outdoor education component.
