Habitat for Humanity of Delaware & Union Counties

Habitat for Humanity of Delaware & Union Counties provides affordable homeownership and home preservation opportunities for families earning 30-80% of the median household income. We rely on donations and volunteers to build new homes and repair existing homes in partnership with qualified families struggling with housing. When families have completed all homeownership program requirements, they are able to purchase a Habitat home with a zero-interest, affordable mortgage.
