Delaware Alliance for Community Advancement (DACA) is a 501(c)(3) organization working to provide educational and charitable services to low- and moderate-income populations in the Delaware community. DACA specializes in leadership training, community outreach programs and financial stability programs.

Mission: Empower low and moderate income people in the New Castle County region to improve their communities through education, training and community organizing and outreach.
