L’Arche North Carolina

L’Arche North Carolina is a community of people with and without intellectual disabilities who share their unique gifts through the rhythms of daily life. The most vulnerable among us form the heart of L’Arche and invite the community into mutual relationships. We seek to be a sign of Christ’s peace to our city, neighborhood, and world.

We will call forth the unique gifts of every person, revealed in our friendships. We will act as a sign of God’s love for the world as we advocate for a better city and state for people with intellectual disabilities. We will be open to challenge and change, while staying faithful to the founding story of our community.
