ECHO Fair Housing

ECHO Housing is a non-profit housing counseling agency serving Alameda, Contra Costa, and Monterey Counties. The programs include fair housing counseling and investigation, tenant/landlord counseling and conciliation, homeseeking counseling, homeownership education, pre-purchase counseling, and rent/deposit assistance. The agency has 12 administrative staff and professional counselors located in 5 offices.
