Helping Hands for Housing

The mission for HELPING HANDS FOR HOUSING is to prevent and reduce homelessness in Texas by equipping individuals, HELPING HANDS FOR HOUSING addresses the issues facing individuals, Veterans and families in crisis by networking with local agencies and organizations, partnering with those agencies to become more effective in assisting them with housing or other needs (counseling, treatment and much more). HELPING HANDS FOR HOUSING effectively makes use of the services that exist and identify what is needed to enable individuals and families to become self-sufficient. We educate and transform the way people view and treat those in need, by providing services, and the opportunity to create change. HELPING HANDS FOR HOUSING is engaging communities to develop and plan long term solutions that address the problems facing those in crisis. Together we will make a difference in the lives of those in our community, those who are homeless and those who want to purchase a home.

• Veteran & Transitional Housing----We provide specialized housing solutions for our nation's veterans in need. We develop, produce and manage low-cost, affordable housing in safe neighborhoods, including rental units and homeownership programs.
• Job Centers-----We work with various local, state and federal agencies to enroll the veterans and other persons to a nearby job center. We want our guests to learn how to acquire a job so that they can contribute to the local economy. We also assist the veterans with Counseling.
• Charitable Giving of Real Estate - As part of our diversified funding plan, we accept Cash and facilitate Gifts of Real Estate. We have partnered with nationally recognized experts who will assist in educating the donor of the real estate. The expert will also help the organization by responding professionally, to the client’s questions related to the planned gifting of Real Estate. Donations can be anywhere in the world, and they can include commercial properties, residential properties or land.
