Nowadays youth is seen as the future ambassador for world peace. Youth have a strong influence to create peace in the world. Youth with creative and innovative mind are considered to have great opportunities to participate in the realization of world peace. This potential should be explored and should get space in order to become a significant force of creating peace. Enhance the capacity volunteers especially youth volunteers, at the national and regional level, through multilateral international volunteer association is a strategic thing to do so that the aspirations of youth are heard by world leaders. GREAT is a non profit association concerns in global youth mobility. Established since 2015 by a group of IVS activists in Indonesia, background of GREAT is a determination, a strong belief and a shared dream that the IVS is a movement that can provide access to the youth in particular, and anyone to become agent of change locally and globally towards world peace.

Goal: To enhance young generation’s participation to bring change toward global friendship and peace through international voluntary service in four dimensions International Voluntary Service (IVS); the volunteering spirit for humanity is a universal spirit to be kept and to guard the global peace, participation, empowerment & sustainability.

Programs:

STV (Short Term Volunteering) or workcamp: 2 - 30 days

MTV (Middle Term Volunteering): 1 - 6 months

LTV (Long Term Volunteering): more than 6 months
