Promoting choice and empowering clients to play an active role in all aspects of service delivery and to have the right to choose areas of employment that are of interest to them and that will provide them with satisfaction and a feeling of accomplishment. The importance of relationship building with individuals and the business community in an attempt to connect clients with community resources and develop natural support systems. CenterForce is committed to integrating the individuals served into the workplace, whether it be in community business or Centerforce’s own employment sites.
