Last Chance Animal Rescue, Inc. (LCAR) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to end the pet overpopulation crisis in the Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia area. We provide high-volume low-cost spay/neuter services to the public, rescue and relief services for pets in disaster-affected areas, and help homeless pets find permanent, loving homes.
