The Boomer Policy Group believes that policies enabling the increased productivity of baby boomers will have a significant positive effect on society as a whole and is clearly in the public interest. We want to start a dialogue with baby boomers, their employers, and the federal government to create programs that leverage the value of the active baby boomer in the workplace.
