FAIR is the Oregon Shakespeare Festival’s professional development program, which provides participants with an advanced opportunity to experience best practices across all administration, artistic, design & production disciplines within a Tony Award winning theatre environment. FAIR’s mission and vision is to achieve equity within OSF while creating and supporting efforts that sustain equity throughout the field of American theater.
