Diamond State Community Land Trust was formed in 2006 and based in Dover. Our mission is to strengthen Delaware's communities by creating an inventory of permanently affordable homes. Through our equity-sharing program and development in communities of opportunity we impact the economic mobilty, health outcomes and education outcomes of our families.
