As an arts and crafts festival, supporting art education in Austin’s youth is very important. At the Pecan Street Festival's Capital One Kids’ Art Tent, children ages 6-12 can enjoy free art activities while viewing the winning submissions of the Capital One Bank’s scholarship competition.
