The International Green Shield (IGS) is a non-profit corporation whose mission is to help protect the people and infrastructure of areas regularly affected by natural disasters. Our volunteer programs focus on strengthening and constructing new homes, new schools and new lives. Our volunteers are our heart – their service saves the lives of those in need.
