PATCHWORK PASTURES

We formed our non profit organization to provide sensible Green Care Project solutions to support individuals in recovery in our community bringing back the basics of a working recovery farm with the helping hands of our sponsors, supporters and our amazing recovery based community. Using community driven models, we take actions that make a long-lasting difference.

We focus positive impacts while looking to create partnerships with local farms, greenhouses, landscapers and other nature based green companies who would be supportive of bringing on and mentoring our participants. Each participant is screened, trained and supported on their journey by our organization. Our members and volunteers provide the momentum that helps us do good work.
