Sobre Nós
Amani Community Health Partners (ACHP) is a nationally registered non-profit, community-based organization in Uganda dedicated to strengthening community health systems and improving access to quality, affordable, and equitable healthcare services for vulnerable populations.
Formerly operating as Community Health Partners, ACHP began as a grassroots initiative in Eastern Uganda, where it spent more than three years delivering community-based health interventions aimed at addressing barriers to healthcare access among underserved communities. Building on this experience and responding to the growing need for sustainable, accountable, and scalable health solutions, the organization transitioned into a nationally registered entity under the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB).
Today, ACHP works with communities, health facilities, local governments, civil society organizations, and development partners to improve health outcomes through integrated healthcare, health promotion, disease prevention, community empowerment, and health systems strengthening interventions.
