4D MATH ALLIANCE INC

4D Math Alliance is a non-profit that mentors math teachers. Founded by four women with their doctorates in mathematics our goal is to ensure that everyone (teachers and students) has a positive math mindset, believing they can do mathematics. We work directly with teachers providing 1:1 mentorship and community professional developments that are structured as ongoing support. We meet the teachers where they are at and co-create solutions that work for their classroom and curriculum. We have worked with nearly a thousand teachers and impacted nearly 30,000 students. 55% of teachers are considering leaving the profession in the next few years and it is our mission to support math teachers to keep quality educators in the classroom.
